General Aviation Terminal Commercial Services

Our brand-new General Aviation Terminal (GAT) offers first rate hospitality in a modern, comfortable and well-furnished facilities.
 
The new General Aviation Terminal has been upgraded to offer you a more relaxing ambience and a unique service to private flight passengers and the crew, featuring: dedicated welcome reception, comfortable lounge areas, meeting rooms, showers, satellite TV, refreshment, fresh and professional catering services, dedicated private vehicle parking facility, flight planning room, free high speed internet access and other services upon request.
 
It is a walk-through facility.
 
Upon landing and arrival of the private flight the crew and passengers using GAT facility will be welcomed, as usual, at the aircraft parking position.
 
In your departure process from ZAG General Aviation Terminal, following the security procedures passengers and the crew will be transferred in a dedicated vehicle/minivan to the aircraft parking position.
 

GAT Facility Utilization Service Charges (International/Domestic traffic) apply:

 

• GAT PASSENGER FACILITATION CHARGE (CREW SHALL NOT PAY THIS CHARGE)
• GAT FERRY FLIGHTS (ONLY CREW)
• GAT AMBULANCE FLIGHTS
• GAT SCHOOL TRAINING FLIGHTS

GAT Private Vehicle Parking Charges

GAT charges include a single private vehicle parking slot ( 1-4 passengers, crew members or training school participants who arrive to GAT in a single private vehicle), stay up to 1 hour.

Regardless of the new Price list, GAT users as well as all other users of the airport infrastructure (including Centralized and any other infrastructure) will continue to be provided with and charged for the services in accordance with the Airport Regulated Charges Price List published at: http://www.zagreb-airport.hr/en/business/b2b/aviation/airport-services-price-list/140 as well as ground handling services in accordance with Zagreb Airport ground handling provider.
 

Working hours 

7AM - 9PM, seven days a week

Opening of the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) outside the regular working hours will be charged: 400 €/hour. VAT not included.
 
After office hours, due to 24 hour operation on Zagreb Airport, General Aviation handling is conducted through the main passenger terminal building. 

 

Common general aviation handling procedure:

Arrival:

• Aircraft marshaling
• Baggage offloading
• Separate passenger and crew transport to General Aviation Terminal
• Baggage transport to General Aviation Terminal
• Passenger and crew immigration and customs control assistance at a separate control place
• Separate exit

Departure:

• Crew and passenger registration inside the General Aviation Terminal
• Separate immigration and customs control
• Separate passenger and crew transport to the aircraft
• Baggage transport to the aircraft
• Baggage loading

Private vehicles are not allowed to access the ramp.
 

Catering Services

Standard Catering services are included in the GAT Passenger Facilitation and GAT crew charge. Standard Catering offer includes a choice of hot and cold beverages, bakeries and fruits of the day.
On Demand Catering Service offering hot and cold meals will be provided and invoiced separately, while the On Demand Catering service price list and description will be available, upon request.
