Reporting of irregularities and unethical behaviour

Irregularities and unethical behaviour can be reported via following channels:

1.  Reporting of irregularities pursuant to The Code of Ethics

Every stakeholder may submit a complaint of unethical behaviour regarding the business operations of International Zagreb Airport Jsc. pursuant to Code of Ethics.
The report may be submitted in one of the following ways:

• by post or by direct delivery to the address: International Zagreb Airport Jsc., Ulica Rudolfa Fizira 1, 10 410 Velika Gorica, to attention of: ‘’Ethics Commissioner’’ with remark: “Do not open”
• by electronic mail to the e-mail address: eticki.povjerenik@zag.aero   

 

2.  Reporting of irregularities under Law on the Protection of Reporters of Irregularities Act

In accordance with the Rulebook on procedure on reporting irregularities and procedure on appointment of confidential person and deputy International Zagreb Airport Jsc. has established a system of internal reporting of irregularities and appointed a Confidential person and deputy.
The report of irregularities may be submitted in one of the following ways:

• by post or by direct delivery to the address: International Zagreb Airport Jsc., Ulica Rudolfa Fizira 1, 10 410, Velika Gorica - to attention of: ''Confidential person'' with remark: “Do not open”

• by electronic mail to the e-mail address: povjerljiva.osoba@zag.aero
• orally in line with Rulebook on procedure on reporting irregularities and procedure on appointment of confidential person and deputy
