  • Provide you answer at the latest within the 21 administrative business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) from the day of your initial B2C Online Feedback form receipt.
  • Provide your answer at the latest within the 15 days from the day of your initial B2C Online Feedback form receipt.


FLIGHT CONNECTIONS, AIRFARES AND SEAT RESERVATIONS

We regret that we cannot handle questions on flight connections, airfares, seat reservations, etc. Please contact your airline or travel agent directly or check our flight timetable.  You can find all the airlines in scheduled traffic at International Zagreb Airport in our List of airlines.
