The new Business & General Aviation Terminal at Zagreb Airport offers generous facilities as well as its own Croatian customs and immigration services thus avoiding completely Zagreb's main terminal.

The new terminal offers relaxing amenities visiting pilots and passengers want, including a flight planning room, lounge, refreshment center, VIP bus and other services upon request.


Working hours: Mon-Sun 08.00 - 20.00 h / local time.
During after office hours, due to 24 hour operation of Zagreb Airport, GA handling is conducted through Main Passenger Terminal building.

• while arriving at airport: -  the apron bus and ground attendant meets the aircraft.
• at departure: - meeting point for the crew and passengers is at the Business & General Aviation Terminal. Outside working hours of the Business & GA Terminal meeting point is the Information desk. There ground attendant will escort them through the terminal and border control all the way to the aircraft. Besides,  ground attendants will help crew to reach briefing offices such as airport reporting office (ARO), meteo office and office for payment of airport and handling fees.
